Ontario’s Food & Beverage Region Releases App For New Brewery Start-Ups

NAPANEE, ON – Ontario’s Food and Beverage Region – a marketing partnership formed to attract small scale food and beverage businesses to Hastings, Lennox & Addington, Prince Edward and Frontenac Counties in Eastern Ontario – has announced the launch of an initiative designed to assist new brewery start-ups in the region.

iCraft Brew is a free app for iOS and Android tablets that will “guide brewing enthusiasts through the necessary steps of opening a small-scale craft brewery.”

The iCraft Brew app deals with such fine points of the business, and more – from market analysis, to how-to information on brewing and the industry, guides to navigating through various levels of red-tape, outlines for preparing a business plan for long-term success, incorporating, finding a building, developing partnerships with local growers for produce, and how to sell your beer.
