AMOS, QC Belgh Brasse, a Belgian-influenced brewery in the small city of Amos in Western Quebec, has announced the addition of a new beer to its Mons line-up, a series of beers that are inspired by classic Abbey ales.

Mons Abbey Rousse is a 5.5% abv red ale brewed using Pale Ale malt, Styrian Golding and Tettnanger hops, and local honey harvested by brewmater Jean-Louis Marcoux.

This new beer joins the trio of Witte, Blonde and Dubbel – all multiple award-winners – in the Mons Abbey selection.

Mons Abbey Rousse will be available throughout Quebec in 4-packs of 375 ml bottles starting in early March.
