RIDGEWAY, ON – Three months after a pre-Christmas preview, Brimstone Brewing has announced that it will be launching official retail sales on Thursday March 20th, offering its previously draught-only beers in bottles on a regular basis for the first time.
The first beer to be available in 500 ml bottles will be a “beta” version of Hail Mary Ale, a 5.5% abv “smooth-drinking, pleasantly malty ale” that is still being tweaked before it’s official release.
Sales will initially be limited to four hours per week – 5:00 to 9:00 PM on Thursdays – as the brewery is still running at a small capacity on its original brewing system. But with a larger system recently installed, quantities and business hours should both increase soon.
