ALDERGROVE, BC – Dead Frog Brewery has announced the return of a limited edition beer that was a near-instant sell out when first released in December – and to make the re-release more special, it’s available in two different versions.
Super Fearless Imperial IPA is back and sub-labelled “Batch #2” and “Batch #3”. The first was brewed to the same recipe as the original Super Fearless, while the second was brewed with a different malt bill – Golden Promise and Victory being used instead of the original Maris Otter and Aromatic, due to a delivery of the latter being delayed by a port strike in Vancouver.
Both versions sit at 9% abv and 93 IBUs, with Cascade, Columbus, Galaxy and Zythos hops used for both.
Batches 2 & 3 of Dead Frog Super Fearless are available now in 650 ml bottles at select private liquor stores in BC while supplies last.
