MISSISSAUGA, ON – European-inspired gastropub chain Bier Markt has announced the opening of its sixth and newest location near the Square One Shopping Centre in Mississauga.
Joining four other locations in the Greater Toronto Area and a fifth in Montreal, the new 8,800 square foot Bier Markt Square One boasts a list of 170 beers – with 46 on draught – from over 30 countries, along with seating for more than 200 guests indoors and an additional 200 on the two-tiered patio. The food menu draws from various European traditions, with a strong Belgian influence, and live bands are featured Thursday through Sunday.
To mark its opening weekend, World Cup games will be shown on the restaurant’s 4 big screen TVs and 120 inch projection screen, and Canada Day will be celebrated with live music and a Rock’n’Roll Brunch on Saturday and Sunday.
