TORONTO, ONAmsterdam Brewery has announced that its brewpub off-shoot Amsterdam BrewHouse has released a new edition of Testify, an American-style pale ale brewed using 100% wild Brettanomyces yeast.

The 5.5% abv ale is described as follows:

Testify is a North American Pale Ale brewed with a single hop variety, a different one every time we brew it. While the first batch of Testify used Mosaic hops, this time around we have decided to use Nelson Sauvin. Before you enjoy your first glass of Testify, you’ll instantly smell rich white Concord grape and pineapple with a slight herbaceous note. When you dive right in and take your first sip, you’ll get rich and ripe mango along with fresh pineapple flavours before the beer gives way to a dry bitterness and slight grapefruit finish. Testify is fruity, thirst quenching, slightly bitter in the finish and oh so sessionable.

Testify is available now on tap at Amsterdam BrewHouse while supplies last.
