TORONTO, ON – After giving it a brief debut at last month’s Session Toronto festival, Mill Street Brewery has announced that Conversation California Common – a beer created in collaboration with indie rock band July Talk – will soon be getting a slightly wider release, which will be marked with a VIP launch party.
Taking place on Monday July 21st at the Mill Street Beer Hall, the exclusive event will feature a live performance by July Talk and DJ sets by members of the band, a well as plenty of pints of Conversation, which is described as follows:
Conversation is a golden lager, made with pale malt and a hint of caramel malt. On the nose, cereal graininess and a touch of honey is accompanied by aromas of tree fruit and a slight woodiness. On the palate, it is super fresh, with tight grainy malt character and a hint of mint. It finishes incredibly dry with a slight bitterness. This beer is a clean, refreshing, honest summer pint – ideal for finishing off a rocking, sweaty set or a hard day’s labour.
