NIAGARA-ON-THE-LAKE, ON – Small Talk Vineyards, one of the numerous small winemakers in Ontario’s Niagara Region, has officially announced its expansion into the cider market, following a soft launch of its flagship cider brand in the spring.
Shiny Apple Cider is described as having “full apple complexity with notes of pear and caramelized toffee apple.” Available at the Small Talk winery store and at various tasting events since late May, it’s now set for a wider roll-out at select LCBO locations, where it will soon be available in 473 ml cans.
