TORONTO, ON – Black Oak Brewing has announced the launch of a new series of “limited-release beers with bold, creative flavours and craft-brewing methods.”
The Epiphany Series is kicking off with Epiphany No. 1, a barrel-aged strong ale that is described as follows:
Inspired by the Trappist brewers of Belgium, our Quadrupel is a Belgian style ale of great strength with bold flavor. Aged on Cherry Wood, it has deep garnet hues, a creamy tan foam cap with a full body that brings a rich malty spice to the palate. Weighing in at 9.5%, the Epiphany will transform in your glass, becoming softer and smoother as it warms.
Black Oak Epiphany No. 1 will be available soon at select LCBO outlets in Ontario and at the Black Oak retail store while supplies last.
