VANCOUVER, BC – Steamworks Brewery has announced the release of a new limited edition beer to benefit a firefighters’ charity that supports burn victims in British Columbia.
Heroica Red Ale is a 5.6% abv and 45 IBU ale described as follows:
This red ale has beautiful citrus and pine notes that come from our generous additions of Centennial, Citra & Simcoe hops. It is smooth and velvety in the mouth with the toasted malts giving it a medium body with hints of roasted hazelnut, toffee and caramel malt flavours.
Heroica Red Ale is available now in 650 ml bottles. Proceeds from the sales will support the BC Burn Fund in partnership with the Burnaby Fire Department.
