SALT SPRING ISLAND, BC – Salt Spring Island Ales has announced details of the annual return of its autumn seasonal fresh hop harvest ale.
Whale Tale Estate Hopped Amber Ale is described as follows:
Brewed with our organic, estate grown, whole-cone Mount Hood & Cascade hops, this amber colored Altbier is packed with flavor. Bold, with a pleasant fresh-hop aroma & a nice bitter snap. It has deep flavors of aromatic specialty malts. Not to mention, notes of caramel, biscuit, citrus & toffee.
This year’s edition of Whale Tale is being released this week, and will be available in 650 ml bottles at the Salt Spring Island Ales retail store and select liquor stores in British Columbia while supplies last.
