TORONTO, ON – In a recent blog post, Bellwoods Brewery has announced the release this week of two variations of Monogamy Centennial, the latest edition in the ongoing Monogamy series of single-hopped IPAs.

This past Monday (September 29th), the original Monogamy Centennial was released in bottles at the Bellwoods retail store and on draught in the brewpub. Following on Friday (October 3rd) will be a draught-only release of Monogamy Centennial Wet Hop, which had an addition of freshly harvested hops that were grown just up the road from the brewery on the patio at Ideal Coffee.

Coming later (date TBC) will be Barn Owl – aka “Monogamy Centennial Barrel-Aged-With-Apricots-and-Peaches-and-Brettanomyces”. Brewed 10 months ago and aged in barrels ever since, Barn Owl will be a limited edition bottle-only release available in the retail store.

For more details, see the Bellwoods blog post.

[NOTE: An earlier version of this article indicated different release dates, and also listed a draught release of Barn Owl this week, as based on the original Bellwoods announcement. These plans were subsequently changed by Bellwoods, and the article has been modified accordingly.]
