MONTREAL, QC – Les Brasseurs RJ has announced the release of a new limited edition ale that celebrates the small but burgeoning hops farming industry in Quebec.
1ère Récolte (“1st Harvest”) is a 6.7% abv bottle-conditioned ale brewed on September 9th using Centennial and Cascade hops harvested the night before at Houblonnière Lupuline Hop Yard in L’Isle-aux-Allumettes, approximately four hours west of Montreal. 1ère Récolte is being released in a limited run of corked 750 ml bottles, and will be available at select specialty beer retailers in Quebec while supplies last.
