TORONTO, ON – Left Field Brewery has announced that the fourth and final 2014 installment in the Prospect Single Hop IPA Series is now available.
Following on previous beers featuring Amarillo, Kohatu and Dr. Rudi hops, Prospect IPA: Cascade has been brewed using the classic Cascade hop variety from the U.S. Pacific Northwest. An unfiltered 6.3% abv and 60 IBU ale, it’s described as having floral, grapefruit and citrus notes.
Prospect IPA: Cascade will be available on tap at select craft beer bars and pubs in Toronto while supplies last.
