OTTAWA, ON – Ottawa’s Clocktower Brew Pub chain has announced the release of a new limited edition beer for the holiday season.
Ugly Sweater Ale is a 5.3% abv and 22 IBU Altbier that is described as follows:
The Ugly Sweater Ale is deep red in colour with brown highlights. The main flavour profile is rich in caramel with hints of spice and light floral notes, due largely to the selected hops. The addition of our yeast also gives The Ugly Sweater a slightly tart finish.
Ugly Sweater Ale will go on tap tomorrow (December 16th) at all four Clocktower locations.
