PAKENHAM, ON – Inside Ottawa Valley reports that the owners of Cartwright Springs Brewery expect to be brewing soon at their newly built facility in Pakenham, a small village near Ottawa.
Founded by André Rieux with partners Eduardo Guerra and Hien Hoang, Cartwright Springs will brew all of its beer with water from the natural springs on the property, and will sell them on-site in distinctive 1 litre blue glass bottles.
Rieux tells the paper that he expects to have the brewhouse in operation within the next few weeks, and will open the Kickstarter-funded tasting room and retail store to the public in the spring.
