HALIFAX, NS – Atlantic Canada Beer Blog reports that Garrison Brewing has released a new beer to mark a milestone anniversary for an iconic local radio station.
This Is Radio Wheat is a 4.6% American-style wheat ale brewed to commemorate the 30th anniversary of CKDU 88.1 FM, the campus and community radio station at Dalhousie University.
Described as a “hazy, light-bodied and easy-drinking beer,” This Is Radio Wheat was debuted at a couple of events this past weekend, and will be available soon in bottles at the Garrison retail shop and private liquor stores in Nova Scotia.
