VICTORIA, BC – Phillips Brewing has announced the release of this year’s edition of Double Dragon Imperial Red Ale, a heavily hopped 8.2% abv ale that’s described as follows:

For a real hop heavyweight, this 8.2% red ale remains bright on the palate striking quickly with roundhouse hop kicks and finishing dry. Ultimately this majestic beer, brewed deep copper red, is big enough to slay even the strongest thirst.
Double Dragon is available now in 650 ml bottles at select private liquor stores in BC and the Phillips retail store while supplies last. For those in Victoria, a draught tasting of the beer will take place at the brewery this Thursday March 5th from 4:00 to 6:00 PM.
