KELOWNA, BC – Tree Brewing has announced the return of Captivator Doppelbock for its sixth annual spring appearance.
Inspired by the strong and nutrient-rich beers traditionally brewed by monks to sustain them through Lent and other times of fasting, this multiple award-winning 8% abv brew is described as follows:
Captivator Doppelbock offers a sweet aroma with hints of toffee, light caramel and hazelnut. Unpasteurized and free of preservatives, it has a characteristic dark reddish hue.
As in previous years, Captivator has been released in a limited run of 650 ml bottles, and will be available at select liquor stores in B.C. while supplies last.
