Following a successful pilot last month, this is the second in a now regular series of posts here on Canadian Beer News listing beer festivals and events for the coming week (Friday through Thursday) with a bit more detail than what is featured on our popular Beer Festival Calendar page. Watch for a new installment to be posted here each Thursday (assuming there are any events scheduled for the week ahead, of course).

TORONTO’S FESTIVAL OF BEER: SPRING SESSIONS
Sherbourne Common, 61 Dockside Dr. – Toronto, ON
Now in its second year, this springtime off-shoot of Toronto’s Festival of Beer is a more intimate and craft-oriented event than it’s older and rowdier sibling. 18 breweries and cideries are planned to be there – including established Ontario craft brewers (Beau’s, Great Lakes, Muskoka), relative newcomers (Underdog’s, Whitewater), and a few choice imports (Central City, Sierra Nevada, Goose Island) – along with a slew of local food vendors, and live music from Lowell (Fri) and JJ & The Pillars (Sat).
