BAYSVILLE, ON – Lake of Bays Brewing has announced the release of the latest installment in the Wild North Series of limited edition one-off beers.
Summer Session Ale is a 4.2% abv and 35 IBU red pale ale described as follows:
Light-bodied and refreshing, American-style hops from Clear Valley Hop Farm near Collingwood give this red pale ale a nice citrus zing and floral notes, while crystal malt lends a balancing hint of caramel and toffee. Best served cold and savoured in the shade on a hot sunny day.
Summer Session Ale will be available on draught at select bars and pubs in Ontario, and for the first time in the series, a limited run of 473 ml cans will sold in the Lake of Bays retail store.
Cans of Summer Session Ale are being packaged today (May 14th), and it will be on the shelf in time to stock up for the long weekend.
