TORONTO, ON – A new bar and restaurant offering the largest selection of craft beer on tap in Ontario is now open in Toronto’s Liberty Village neighbourhood.

The Craft Brasserie & Grille features 120 draught lines curated by bar manager Matt Sieradzki that are dedicated exclusively to premium beers. The majority come from Ontario craft breweries, ranging from well established brands such as Mill Street, Black Oak, and Great Lakes, to smaller newcomers including Left Field, Rainhard, Boshkung, and Old Flame.

Non-Ontario beer offerings include selections from Trou du Diable, Unibroue, Big Rock, Stone, Sierra Nevada, Brewdog and more. A few taps are also set aside for ciders from Brickworks, Spirit Tree and West Avenue.

The food menu from chef Adrian Andaya offers gourmet takes on pub and bistro classics, along with influences from various world cuisines. Highlights include Madras Poutine made with potato pakoras and Madras sauce; a variety of tacos, flatbreads and burgers; more substantial plates such as Blue Marlin Steak and Cider Glazed Pork Chop; and a number of vegetarian and gluten free options.

The Craft Brasserie & Grille is located at 107 Atlantic Ave. a block south of King Street West, and is open from 11:00 AM to 2:00 AM daily. For more details, see the restaurant’s website, Facebook page and Twitter feed.
