VICTORIA, BC – Category 12 Brewing has announced details of its second summer seasonal brand of the year, following the release of Insubordinate Session IPA last month.
Waveform Witbier is a 5.3% abv Belgian-style witbier with the following description:
With a serious dose of malted wheat and our house Belgian yeast, Waveform appears a hazy straw yellow in the glass with a delicious fluffy white head. On the palate it’s all citrus sass and spice from our additions of grapefruit peel and cardamom, followed by an alluring crisp, dry finish.
Waveform Witbier is available starting today in 650 ml bombers, growlers, and tasting flights at the Category 12 retail store and taproom. Distribution to select private liquor stores in BC will follow next week.
