CALGARY, AB – Brewsters Brewing has announced the release of a new limited edition seasonal that’s been many months in the making.
Brooding Soldier Barrel Aged Dubbel is an 8% abv Belgian-style ale that has spent eight months aging in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels. The resulting beer is described as having a “complex, malty sweetness with notes of ripe red fruit, a warm, dry finish and oaked wine character.”
A limited number of 355 ml bottles are available now at all Brewsters locations and select liquor stores in Alberta. It will also be included in the June Discovery Pack at all Co-op Wine Spirits Beer locations in Calgary.
