ELORA, ON – The Guelph Mercury reports that Elora Brewing will soon be opening in its namesake town in southern Ontario.
As previously reported, the brewery soft-launched in early 2015 with the release of a contract-brewed version of Three Fields Unfiltered Triple Grain Lager, later joined by Lady Friend IPA, with both being available on draught at bars and restaurants in Elora, Fergus and surrounding communities.
Now, the bricks and mortar operation is getting set to launch, with the brewhouse (headed by brewer Alex Nichols), gastropub (with food by chef Ben Sachse), and bottle shop targeting a late July opening at 107 Geddes Street in downtown Elora.
