HAMILTON, ON – The Hamilton Brewery has announced details of a new limited edition charity beer that will be released this coming weekend.
Lavender Ginger Radler is a 3.5% abv radler with “a spicy ginger edge,” and “a slight floral/grassy lavender note” from the locally sourced Weir’s Lane Lavender.
Only 10 kegs of the beer have been produced, and THB will be donating $40 to Cystic Fibrosis Canada for each of them.
Lavender Ginger Radler will be launched this Friday, August 21st at Arcade, a recently opened bar above The Ceili House (107 George St., Hamilton) that features features classic video games and pinball machines. Full proceeds from the two kegs being served at the launch will be donated to the charity.
It will also be available at the THB booth at this weekend’s Hamilton Beer Festival – with full proceeds from the sample sales also set to go to CF Canada – and the remaining kegs are expected to be on tap soon at other establishments in and around Hamilton.
