Wellington Brewery & Pearl Diver Collaborate on Shellfish Bastard Saison

Shellfish Bastard is a saison-style ale brewed with pale malt and wheat, and which had several lobsters from Pearl Diver boiled in the wort to impart a salty and briny character to the beer.
The first batch of Shellfish Bastard will be going on tap at Pearl Diver (100 Adelaide St. E., Toronto) next Wednesday September 16th at 9:00 PM as part of Late Night Shuck, a nightly session that offers a dozen oysters for $15 and drink specials for $5.
