ESCONDIDO, CA – Arrogant Bastard Brewing – a spin-off of Stone Brewing – and their Canadian distribution partner Horizon Beers have announced that this year’s edition of Double Bastard Ale as well as a gift pack of four Bastard variants will be available in Western Canada.
Double Bastard Ale is an 11% abv amped up version of Arrogant Bastard Ale that is described as a “lacerative muther of an ale”. It will be available in 650 ml bottles at select liquor stores in British Columbia and Alberta.
Also set for release in those provinces is the Arrogant Bastard Box, containing 650 ml bottles of Arrogant Bastard Ale, Double Bastard Ale, Oaked Arrogant Bastard Ale (“spawned from the same abundant arrogance as its notorious counterpart and aged on American oak chips”), and the new Depth-Charged Double Bastard Ale (“a bold, brave, java-infused incarnation of Double Bastard Ale”).
