Biere de Noël is a 7.5% abv strong ale described as follows:
Another of Oast House’s bottle conditioned Farmhouse Ales, Biere de Noël is akin to the winter warmers that were brewed yesteryear by farmers in Belgium and Northern France. Pouring an opaque black colour, accented with ruby highlights and a robust tan coloured head, the Biere de Noël offers a lovely mix of dark chocolate, molasses, brown sugar, figs, with an elegant and understated dose of traditional holiday spices and toasted notes.
Biere de Noël is available now in a limited run of 750 ml corked-and-caged bottles at the Oast House brewery store.
