NYANZA, NS – Big Spruce Brewing has announced the release of its latest “Conspiracy Beer”, an irregular series of limited edition beers created in tandem with visiting brewers from across the country.
Read Between The Pines IPA is a 7.2% abv and 48 IBU ale crafted together with Aaron Spinney of Ontario’s Sawdust City Brewing, and brewed using pine needles from Ontario and Cape Breton to “give it an underlying complexity”, and Nelson Sauvin and Simcoe hops to impart a “rich, aromatic hop profile.”
Read Between The Pines is on tap now at the Big Spruce taproom, and will be available soon at select licensees in Nova Scotia.
