TWB Co-operative Brewing Opening Next Month in Kitchener

KITCHENER, ONOntario Beverage Network reports that a new brewery with a unique operating model will be opening next month in Kitchener.

TWB Co-operative Brewing – with the abbreviation standing for “Together We’re Bitter” – is collectively owned by the workers and community supporters, and aims to “make our community a more vibrant place to live by celebrating the intersection of creativity and craft beer.”

TWB will be opening its doors at 300 Mill Street, Unit 1 on February 10th at 11:00 AM, offering a variety of beers including Wobbly Wheel American IPAWit the Hell? Belgian Witbier, Pullman Porter, Maggie’s Farm Pale Ale, Jagged Little Pils, Dark Horse British Mild, and American Brown Ale.
