TORONTO, ONOld Tomorrow Brewing has announced the release of its third brand, joining its flagship Canadian Pale Ale, and the Monty’s Golden Ryed Ale collaboration with Olympic champion Jon Montgomery.

Track 85 Lagered Ale is a 4.5% abv beer with a name that was “inspired by the epic feat of uniting Canada by rail with the last spike driven into the Canadian Pacific Railway at Craigellachie, British Columbia on November 7, 1885.”

The honey-golden coloured ale has the following description:

Track 85 carries on the tradition of fine German alt beers and lagered ales, with its unique top-fermented yeast and cold aging process producing a lager like crispness. Made with both German noble hops & Canadian hops, Track 85’s cooler fermentation temperature mellows out the fruitiness, creating an exceptionally smooth and delicate brew.

Track 85 Lagered Ale is available now at LCBO locations throughout Ontario, retailing for $2.95 per 473 ml can.
