COBOURG, ON – Ontario Beverage Network reports that a group of brewers, hop growers and maltsters from throughout Ontario’s Northumberland County will be gathering tomorrow (April 27th) to create a special collaborative beer.
William Street Beer Co. in Cobourg will be welcoming brewers and representatives from Church-Key Brewing (Cambellford), Empire Cider (Codrington), Valley Hops (Port Hope), Barn Owl Malt (Stirling) and Pleasant Valley Hops (Hillier) to contribute.
The beer will be made exclusively using ingredients from within 75 km, including barley, hops, apples, honey and more.
Release details from the finished product are still to be announced.
