VICTORIA, BC – Phillips Brewing has announced the release of two summer seasonal brands, one a new beer and the other an old favourite returning in a new format.
Solaris White Peach Ale is a new 4.3% abv flavoured session ale released in 473 ml cans and described as follows:
This is no mirage… crack the code of the summer heat and unlock the secrets of the Beeramid. Solaris White Peach Ale is brewed with wheat and unfiltered to be hazy for your summertime lazy. It’s bright and crisp with big juicy fruit notes. Life’s a peach… drink it up!
Back for another year – but now in six-packs rather than bomber bottles – is Electric Unicorn White IPA, a 6.5% abv with the following notes:
Electric Unicorn pours a slightly hazy straw colour, perfect for long summer days that tend to blend together. Aromas of mango and banana are underpinned with a hint of coriander. Sweet banana fruit flavours are balanced against a citrus hop background that finishes dry.
Both beers are available now and through the summer at select private liquor stores in British Columbia.
