VICTORIA, BC – Spinnakers Gastro Brewpub has announced the release of a new limited edition beer, and the return of a beer-cider blend, to mark its 32nd anniversary.
The brand new Quince Sour Saison is a 5% abv saison brewed using “rescued” backyard quinces and aged in a tequila barrel, resulting in an ale that is “fruity, complex and truly unique.”
Back for a second year following it’s 31st anniversary appearance is Snakebite, a 6% abv beverage created by blending a “light, crisp, cold fermented beer” and Spinnakers recently launched “house formulated all BC apple cider.”
Quince Sour Saison and Snakebite are available now on tap at the Spinnakers brewpub, and in bottles at Spinnakers Spirit Merchants and other select private liquor stores in the area.
