TORONTO, ON – Internationally-recognized classical cellist Steuart Pincombe has announced that he is bringing his unique Bach & Beer concert to Canada next month, with a performance at Rainhard Brewing in Toronto.
Taking place on Thursday July 16th at 7:00 PM, the evening will feature Pincombe performing and discussing three of Bach’s Cello Suites, each of them paired with a Rainhard beer that will be presented by brewer Jordan Rainhard.
This appearance is part of Music in Familiar Spaces, a year-long project in which Pincombe and his wife, Michelle, are travelling throughout North America and “bringing the highest level of classical music performance to homes, churches, cafés, bars, or any place where community already exists,” all while living out of a 1959 FAN trailer.
Admission to Bach & Beer at Rainhard Brewing (100 Symes Rd., Toronto) is pay-what-you-can, plus the cost of beer. For more details, see the Music in Familiar Spaces website.
