HALIFAX, NS – Garrison Brewing has announced the release of its latest product created in partnership with Federation of Beer, the company that owns the rights to commission Star Trek branded beers for release in North America.
Star Trek Golden Anniversary Ale is a special release to mark the 50th anniversary of the original Star Trek television series. It’s briefly described by the Atlantic Canada Beer Blog as follows:
This 5.0% ABV and 20 IBUs beer features a brilliant golden liquid with light frothy head, light malt body, and a slight fruity aroma, to go along with the spicy character of the noble hops.
Star Trek Golden Anniversary Ale is available now in six-packs at the Garrison retail store, with each bottle featuring one of twelve collectible labels. It will also be available soon at select NSLC stores, with distribution to several other provinces to follow in coming weeks.
