CHARLO, NB – The Atlantic Canada Beer Blog reports a northern New Brunswick brewery that closed down last year after four years of business is being revived later this summer.

Shiretown Beer is being brought back by original owner Derek Leslie in a new location – 363 Chaleur Street in Charlo – where it is set to reopen in August.

The brewery’s three core brands – Blonde du Quai, Big Brown Ale, and Siren’s t’Ale – are expected to return, and will be available in bottles in the brewery’s storefront retail store.

More details are expected to be announced closer to the reopening.
