This is a classic Imperial Porter aged in bourbon barrels for several months. We begin by setting down multiple layers of flavour, beginning with full-bodied Vienna malt enhanced by our own blend of crystal malts to give this porter its rich caramel tones. Barrel aging continues to enhance the character and delivers a uniquely complex texture and taste.
St-Ambroise Barrel Aged Imperial Porter is available in a limited run of 750 ml corked & caged bottles at select beer retailers in Quebec.
