THUNDER BAY, ON – Sleeping Giant Brewing has announced that demand for a t-shirt featuring the logo of its Northern Logger brand has dramatically spiked due to social media photos of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau wearing one on Father’s Day, and the increase in sales will allow the brewery to show support for a local charity.
Sleeping Giant has made the shirt available via mail order for $20 plus tax – a price that includes shipping anywhere in Canada – and proceeds from all sales in the next two weeks will be donated to Boys & Girls Clubs of Thunder Bay.
“We wanted to turn a positive for us, into a positive for the Thunder Bay as well,” said Sleeping Giant co-owner Matt Pearson in a statement.
Shirts can be ordered by emailing pmtshirt@sleepinggiantbrewing.ca with size and mailing address, and a brewery representative will respond to arrange payment.
