ST. THOMAS, ON – Railway City Brewing has announced details of a new seasonal brand that features “a little more flavour than a lager, but not quite the punch of an India Pale Ale.”
Express India Session Lager is described as follows:
Express pours a golden straw colour with white lacing. Complex hop aromas of citrus, tropical fruits and pine fill the nose. Bright lemon, orange, pineapple and mango meld seamlessly with pine notes over a crisp and light malt background, followed by a pleasant, lingering bitterness that’s not overpowering.
A launch event for Express ISL will take place at the Railway City brewery next Thursday July 28th at 7:00 PM. The $5 admission includes samples of the new beer and several other Railway City brands.
Following the launch, Express ISL will be available in 473 ml cans and 355 ml bottles at the Railway City retail store, and on tap at select licencees.
