ABBOTSFORD, BC – Field House Brewing has announced the launch of a new Seasonal Saison Series, with the first instalment being unveiled at the brewery today (August 26th).
Edition #01: Summer is described as follows:
As you might expect, Summer is a profusion of fruit and herb, bringing the sweet earthiness of the Saison base to a full bloom. We collaborated with Faspa and Co.‘s Chef Bonnie to create a recipe combining bright peach notes, peppery nasturtium, and candy-like lemon balm. When the sun is shining, drink it in.
A release event for Edition #01: Summer will take place today from 4:00 to 11:00 PM at the Field House taproom and store in Abbotsford, with a limited run of bottles available to purchase, and tasting platters from Faspa and Co. at 7:00 PM.
