TORONTO, ON – Brunswick Bierworks, a recently opened brewing facility in East Toronto dedicated to creating beers with brewery partners from Canada and around the world, has announced details of its first major international collaboration.

Henok Fentie, the nomadic brewer behind Sweden’s Omnipollo, spent the day at Brunswick yesterday, and brewed up two beers together with Brunswick’s Evgeny Matyukhin.

Omnipollo Zodiak is Omnipollo’s “house IPA,” which has been brewed at a number of locations in various countries. The 6.2% ale is describing as featuring “a blend of grains, untouched post fermentation and aspiringly hopped with Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic.”

Omnipollo Prodromus Deep Fried Graham Cracker Chocolate Chunk Caramel Bar is a brand new 12% abv “chewy imperial stout” brewed with vanilla, cocoa nibs, and cookie dough that was deep-friend over a charcoal fire.

Photos and videos from the brew day have been posted to the Brunswick Bierworks Instagram account, and release details for the beers are expected to be announced in coming week.
