GRAVENHURST, ON – Sawdust City Brewery has announced the upcoming release of a pair of beers that will be brewed with the same recipe, but using fresh hops sourced from two different regions.
According to the announcement, the Terroir Project will feature “two identical brews with Chinook hops from two distinct areas in Ontario – Clear Valley Hops in Nottawa ON and VQH Farms in Tillsonbourg ON.”
The simply named Wet Hop Brew #1 and Wet Hop Brew #2 will make their debut at the Sawdust City Oktoberfest event on September 30th and October 1st, followed in early October by a run of 473 ml cans available in the brewery store, and draught at select beer bars.
