Wild IPA is a 6.9% abv and 68 IBU ale described as follows:
Wild IPA is fermented with a yeast called Saccharomyces “brux” trois, which imparts an enticing tropical fruit aroma that complements its fruit-forward hop profile. Recently out of the experimental stage, El Dorado and Azacca hops are key to the overall bouquet of the fruity and melon character of this Wild IPA.
Wild IPA is available now in glasses, growlers and bottles at the Category 12 store and taproom, with bottles to be available soon after at select craft beer friendly liquor stores in BC.
