SAINT JOHN, NB – Picaroons General Store, the Saint John outpost of Fredericton’s Picaroons Traditional Ales, has announced the release of a new beer marking the completion of work on the road where it’s located.
One For The Road Black IPA has been brewed to honour “all of the work the city, the contractors, and every labourer accomplished” in improving Canterbury Street in Uptown Saint John.
The beer is described as follows:
Ringing in at 5.6% alc./vol., this small batch Black IPA is quite sessionable and was brewed with an American Ale yeast. Chinook, Galaxy, and Cascade hops give this Black IPA its complex and aromatic hop punch while being blanketed by a delicious dark roasted grain bill.
One For The Road will be going on tap today (October 13th) exclusively at Picaroons General Store, where it will be available while supplies last.
