TRURO, NS – CBC News reports that a new brewery is aiming for a spring opening in downtown Truro, Nova Scotia.
One Way Brewing is being established by partners Eric Jackson, Jon Keddy, and Ryan Blaikie, with the latter being the current brewmaster at Truro brewpub The Nook & Cranny.
Setting up shop in the historic Ginger House property, One Way is expected to open in May, and will feature a tasting room and keg & growler sales.
