LONDON, ON – The London Brewing Co-operative has announced details of a move and expansion that will allow it to meet the increasing demand for its locally-inspired beers.

Operating since autumn 2014 as a nanobrewery in The Root Cellar organic cafe and restaurant on the western edge of London’s Old East Village neighbourhood, LBC will be relocating to the eastern side of the district, and moving into a new space at 521 Burbrook Place that will be shared with organic grocery delivery service On The Move Organics.

In addition to a larger brewhouse, the increased space and production will allow the brewery to operate a permanent retail shop and taproom, replacing the periodic “pop-up” retail sale days that took place at The Root Cellar.

The new London Brewing Co-operative facility is expected to open this winter. For more details, see the LBC website and Facebook page.
