VANKLEEK HILL, ON – As Beau’s All-Natural Brewing it approaches the end of its 10th anniversary year, the brewery has announced its intention to not only continue its well-known policy of making frequent and substantial charitable donations, but to also radically increase its efforts in those areas in coming years.

Specifically, the employee-owned brewery will be aiming to raise and donate $5 million to various “community-building groups, charitable organizations, and independent arts” over the next 10 years, a five-fold increase to the $1 million donated during its first decade of business.

According to a press release issued by Beau’s on the occasion of #GivingTuesday, co-founder Steve Beauchesne has “outlined an intention to ensure that 1% of revenue in each province where Beau’s beer is sold will be invested back locally in initiatives specific to that region,” one of many ways that the brewery intends to reach the $5 million donation target by 2026.

“We are looking at the legacy we are creating, not just in the next 10 years, but in the next 100,” says Beauchesne in today’s release. “The core values we built the brewery on will stay the same – they are part of its identity, and what the people who drink our beer have come to expect.”
