TORONTO, ON – Burdock has announced the upcoming release of a new beer created using yeasts from Escarpment Labs.
Brett Peach is a sequel of sorts to the Brett Lime saison the brewery released in the spring, and is briefly described as follows:
Brett Peach is a blend of fresh Saison that spent 2 months on Niagara Peaches with choice Brettanomyces strains from Escarpment Laboratories and one-year old barrel aged Brett Farmhouse.
Brett Peach will be released in a limited edition of 1500 x 750 ml bottles that will go on sale at the Burdock retail store this Friday December 16th at 11:00 AM. It will also be going on tap at Burdock restaurant and bar on Friday at 5:00 PM.
